No. This is an independent presentation and functional frontend demo using entirely synthetic data. There is no live Universal POS connection, real AI service, deployed authentication or payment provider.

No. There is exactly one MindPanel AI product at a proposed $69 USD per store per month with all features included. Direct and dealer sales have the same price. Proposed dealer commission is 30% ($20.70 on an eligible collected $69), leaving $48.30 before costs. Direct sale has no dealer commission. Final eligibility, taxes and agreements await approval. No billing is live.

All features are included: dashboard, Universal POS Windows agent integration, AI analytics, ChatGPT plugin where technically available, inventory, products, reporting, alerts and customer portal. Integrations require implementation, onboarding and compatibility review. Prepared sample answers do not call ChatGPT or access real data.

Direct customers enter without dealer attribution. Dealer-referred customers use a unique link or code. The intended implementation securely retains the dealer attribution across renewals and records approved recurring residuals in a ledger. The demo only previews that experience.

The calculator uses 2,000 estimated eligible Universal POS clients, 10–100% adoption, the one proposed $69/store monthly price and proposed 30% commission. At 25% adoption, assuming every payment is eligible and successfully collected, 500 stores × $69 × 30% yields $10,350/month, or $124,200 annualized over 12 unchanged months. Hypothetical gross at 10%: 200 stores, $13,800/month and $165,600/year; 25%: 500 stores, $34,500/month and $414,000/year; 50%: 1,000 stores, $69,000/month and $828,000/year; 100%: 2,000 stores, $138,000/month and $1,656,000/year. Dealer commissions are conditional upon commercial agreement. These are illustrations before churn, taxes, refunds, discounts, fees and costs, not guaranteed earnings.

The proposed 30% recurring dealer commission applies only to eligible successfully collected payments. Failed or ineligible payments earn none. Partial refunds reduce associated residuals proportionally; full refunds or reversals remove the associated commission. The sample ledger links adjustments to original payment events without removing history. Timing, recovery of paid commissions and final rules await agreements; no payout logic is live.

The planned workflow is subscribe and onboard, install a signed Windows agent on an authorized Universal POS machine, verify secure store pairing, then self-activate. Monitoring, updates and rollbacks are planned. No installer, pairing or activation is available here.

A secure multi-tenant backend, Supabase authentication and row-level security, verified recurring billing webhooks, auditable dealer payouts, a signed Windows agent, verified connector pairing and update rollbacks. These are design placeholders, not implemented or certified controls.
